Terms of Service – Kbh K9
1. Company Information
Kbh K9 is a registered business in Denmark with CVR number 46237676.
Services are provided in Copenhagen and surrounding areas.
2. Services Provided
Kbh K9 offers:

15-minute initial consultation (free for new clients)
-
2-hours dog walk (including safe transport to and from nature areas).

Pick-up and drop-off service
-
Group walks (multiple dogs may be walked together)
-
Transportation of dogs by vehicle
-
GPS tracking during walks
By booking services, the owner agrees that their dog may participate in group walks unless otherwise agreed.
3. Transportation
Dogs may be transported by car for the purpose of walks.

Dogs must be comfortable being transported.

Dogs will be secured appropriately in the vehicle.

The owner accepts the risks associated with transportation.

In the event of a traffic accident, the owner’s insurance is responsible for veterinary costs unless caused by proven negligence.
4. Group Walks & Social Interaction
Dogs may interact with other dogs during group walks.
The owner acknowledges that:

Minor scratches or play-related injuries may occur.

Dogs will be matched based on temperament.

Kbh K9 is not liable for injuries resulting from normal social interaction between dogs unless caused by gross negligence.
Dogs showing aggressive behavior may be removed from group walks immediately.
5. Owner Responsibilities
The owner confirms that:

The dog is legally registered and vaccinated.

The dog is free from contagious illness.

The dog will not be taken for walks under heat periods.

Any behavioral issues (aggression, fear, escape tendency, etc.) are fully disclosed.

The dog is covered by valid liability insurance (as required under Danish law).

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in termination of service.
6. Veterinary Emergency

In case of illness or injury, Kbh K9 is authorized to seek veterinary treatment.

All veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the owner.
7. Payment & Packages

Monthly packages are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
-
Missed walks due to owner absence are not refundable but may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance and availability allows.

Payment must be made before the start of the service period unless otherwise agreed.
8. Cancellations
-
24-hour notice required.
-
Late cancellations may be charged the full amount.
9. Limitation of Liability

Kbh K9 is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or death of a dog unless caused by documented negligence.
-
Kbh K9 reserves the right to require Special Care Service if a dog displays behavior that poses a risk to other dogs or the walker.
